What we hold

Organization account details, administrator contact details, and the registration data your organization collects from its attendees (names, emails, affiliations, purchases, and any answers to the fields your form asks).

Where it lives

In the United States, in Postgres on Neon, with the application hosted on Railway. Email is sent through Resend; card payments are processed by Stripe and we never see card numbers.

How it is used

Only to run your events: registration, invoicing, badging, and the reports you open. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Your controls

Administrators can export everything and delete the organization from Settings. Attendees can ask their organization to correct or remove their registration.
