Terms of service
Draft, last updated October 2026. These terms will be replaced by the reviewed version before the first paid plan is sold.
The service
Convenora provides registration, invoicing and badging software for events run by your organization, plus optional equipment rental and on-site services under a separate order.
Your data
Attendee data belongs to your organization. You can export all of it at any time from Settings and delete the organization, which removes it from our systems.
Payments
Card payments from attendees are processed on your organization's own Stripe account. Plan fees are billed to your organization by Convenora. Fees are listed on the pricing page; overage is billed after each event at the published rate.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for events you are authorized to run. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
Availability and support
We aim for the uptime commitment stated for your plan and provide support through the channels listed on your plan.
Changes
We will give notice by email before material changes to these terms take effect.
